General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope

The following Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed via our online shop. Our online shop is intended exclusively for consumers.

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor related to their independent professional activity.
An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity who, when concluding a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity.

2. Contractual Partner, Conclusion of Contract, Correction Options

The purchase contract is concluded with Bugs Buggy Mallorca Adventure S.L.

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding online catalog. You can initially place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction tools provided and explained in the ordering process.

By clicking the order button, you submit a binding offer for the products contained in the shopping cart. Confirmation of receipt of your order is sent by email immediately after submission.

We accept your offer within two days by:

  • sending a declaration of acceptance in a separate email, or

  • processing the payment transaction through our service provider or the selected payment provider, if applicable. The time at which the payment transaction is carried out depends on the selected payment method (see “Payment”).

The relevant alternative for you depends on which of the listed events occurs first.

3. Contract Language, Storage of Contract Text

The language(s) available for concluding the contract: German, English, Spanish

We store the contract text on our systems; however, it is not accessible to you.

4. Delivery Conditions

Delivery Options

We ship the products to the delivery address specified during the order process.

We deliver by shipping only.
Unfortunately, self-collection is not possible.
We do not deliver to parcel stations.

5. Payment

The following payment methods are generally available in our shop:

Cash Payment on Collection

You pay the invoice amount in cash upon collection.

Credit Card / Debit Card

You enter your card details during the order process. Your card will be charged immediately after placing the order.

giropay

In cooperation with the payment service provider paydirekt GmbH, Stephanstr. 14–16, 60313 Frankfurt am Main, we offer giropay as a payment method.

To pay via giropay, you must have an online banking-enabled account, verify your identity, and confirm the payment instruction. Your account will be debited immediately after placing the order. Further details are provided during the order process.

Giropay may offer additional payment options to selected customers based on its own criteria. We have no influence over these options; they relate solely to your relationship with giropay.

paydirekt

In cooperation with paydirekt GmbH, we offer paydirekt as a payment method.

To pay via paydirekt, you must have an online banking-enabled account, verify your identity, and confirm the payment instruction. The transaction is processed immediately after placing the order.

Paydirekt may offer additional payment methods to selected customers. We have no influence over these; they relate solely to your relationship with paydirekt.

PayPal

To pay via PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., Luxembourg, you must be registered with PayPal, log in with your credentials, and confirm the payment instruction.

The transaction is processed immediately after placing the order.

PayPal may offer additional payment options to selected users. We have no influence over these; they relate solely to your relationship with PayPal.

6. Warranty and Guarantees

6.1 Liability for Defects

The statutory liability for defects applies.

6.2 Guarantees and Customer Service

Information on any additional guarantees and their exact conditions can be found with the respective product and on special information pages in the online shop.

7. Liability

We are always fully liable for claims arising from damages caused by us, our legal representatives, or agents:

  • in the event of injury to life, body, or health

  • in the event of intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty

  • in the case of guarantee commitments, where agreed

  • insofar as the scope of the Product Liability Act applies

In the case of a breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations), whose fulfillment is necessary for the proper execution of the contract and on whose compliance the contractual partner regularly relies, liability for slight negligence is limited to the foreseeable damage typical at the time of contract conclusion.

Otherwise, claims for damages are excluded.

8. Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), which you can find here.

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
